Are you starting a new business and don't have a large budget to advertise your company? Have questions about the best way to promote your business and attract more consumers? Do you need to increase the visibility of your brand and generate more results, but the company's cash flow is tight?
Promoting the business efficiently is always a challenge for small businesses or startups. However, with the growth of the internet and the increasing use of social networks by consumers, there are several ways to publicize your company without having to spend a fortune on marketing. I've listed below some strategies to help your company win more customers without spending a lot:
1. PLAN
First of all, keep in mind who your main consumers are and then determine the best way to reach them. Be as specific as you can. Is your client the company's CEO, the IT director, or a 30-year-old woman with children? Will you find them on LinkedIn, Twitter, or Facebook? Do they search for your product on Google? Based on these responses, you will be able to better define the best dissemination strategy.
2. INVEST IN YOUR SITE
Your company's website is a showcase for your business. Often your customer will select your product or service based on the professionalism of your website. If your website looks unprofessional or amateur, there is a good chance that consumers will imagine that your company is also unprofessional or amateur. Have a website with a good look, content suitable for your target audience, without Portuguese errors, easy to navigate, and preferably well optimized in search engines.
3. HAVE A BLOG
eCommerce blog
To let your consumers know that you are an expert in your area and therefore prefer to buy your products and services, create a blog for your company. There you can share your knowledge of your area of expertise with your customers and you can become an authority on the subject. Think about the main problems your customers have and offer tips for solving them.
4. ENJOY SOCIAL NETWORKS
Once you've found out which social networks your customer is on, create your profile or company page on those social media. If you find that your customer uses Facebook a lot, create a company page on that network. But to get results on social media, do good planning beforehand and hire a specialist to take care of management.
5. INVEST IN PRESS ADVISORY
A good press relations agency will mediate between your company and the media. It will insert your business in news articles, which will generate great credibility for your company and help attract more customers.
What do you think? Have you used any of these tactics to publicize your company? Tell us below in the comments.
